MANAGEMENT Life can be stressful. It's a fact of life. The reality is you may not be able to change your situation. That means we need to learn to react to stress in a healthy way. You can take steps to manage the impact these events have on you on a daily basis. You can learn to identify what stresses you out (Stressors), and how to take care of yourself physically and emotionally (Offsets) in the face of stressful situations. In our program, you will learn to identify your STRESSORS and how to implement simple and effective OFFSETS to them in any situation.
